The Focke-Wulf Fw 190 Würger (Shrike) was a single-seat, single-engine monoplane fighter used by the Luftwaffe in WWII. One of the best fighters of the time, it was widely used during the Second World War.

You can make air to air fighter kills in it, but its sustained turn rate, rate of climb, and top speed at most altitudes are not going to be competitive in a fighter vs fighter scenario with contemporary enemies.

The last variant in the Focke-Wulf 190 A series was the FW 190 A-9, a little-known but widely used aircraft. Just over 900 FW 190 A-9s were built in late 1944 and early 1945. Focke-Wulf at Cottbus was responsible for most of these aircraft. Blocks built by this factory ranged from 202 360 to 207 240 (including a number of gaps).
